The sky and ocean were both lovely shades of blue with the hillside covered in greenery and dotted with colorful splashes of color. This is the essence of the Palos Verdes lifestyle.

Six Palos Verdes luxury (over $2,000,000) homes sold during February 2013. Five of the homes were located in Palos Verdes Estates and one in Rancho Palos Verdes. A home on Via Rincon sold for $3,825,000 and claims the honor of being the highest priced home to sell on the Palos Verdes Peninsula during February 2013.
